Key Account Manager

Soho, NYC

We connect brands to influencers through our state-of-the-art tech platform. Our technology enables a data-driven approach to understand where your brand should live within the social landscape and provide a robust platform to execute all types of influencer campaigns (paid, gifting, e-commerce and events).
The role
We are currently looking for an exceptional Account Manager to reinforce our team in NYC. As an Account Manager, your role will be to:
•   Build solid relationships with clients and become their main point of contact at Octoly
•   Help them define, launch, optimize and analyze their influencer campaigns
•   Set up and conduct phone or in-person meetings to present key results, insights and opportunities
•   Build revenue, by renewing contracts and pitching additional features and services
•   Translate client needs into actionable insights for our Product and Dev teams
•   Previous experience in a customer success or customer service role
•   Experience managing campaigns and/or events
•   Experience in beauty group or with beauty clients in a PR/marketing/consulting firm is a plus
•   A strong taste for social media, visual content and all things digital
•   Ability to deal with both simple and very complex requests, from junior to C-level clients
•   Excellent communication and organizational skills
•   Native or 100% fluent in English, bonus points for other European languages
